    I couldn’t agree more with the excellent service and fast shipping comment above. Your company is the first one I go to to show customers new products. I reccomend your line of equiptment first and have to admit that not one customer has had a complaint on their clubs. I recently built a complete set of Prophet clubs from driver to SW, the customer called yesterday and said that for the first time in his life he had back to back mid-forties nines. He attributed that to the way his clubs play. So good job on the equiptment and the fast shipping and keep up the good work.

    I purchased a Mantara XL driver in 10-07, have played with it for a little over a year, I play once a week and carry a 9 index. I have a slow club speed and only drive the ball in the range of 230 to 250yards. I’m on the back nine of my life and enjoy the game each outing.
    This week my driver developed a noticeable crack on the bottom of the face where it meets the sole of the club, I knew something was wrong as soon as I hit the ball, the usual sound was completely different! I examined the club and noted the crack. I have never seen a club with a fracture to the hitting surface in my lifetime. I called Hireko right after the round and was told that the club was out of warranty and that there was nothing they can do for me. I asked if you would like to have the club back to have the R&D depatment review the damage and see if this is a freak incident or a possible flaw in the head mfg. The people I spoke to were not interested in the incident and did not want the club back as they could not replace it for me without charge. I am amazed at this attitude as I have delt with Hireko for a while and have had nothing but good things to say about the company and the products. I play ALL ACER clubs from my putter thru driver. Have never had a problem until now. I do not expect a replacement at no cost, this was made VERY clear to the people I spoke with, the response was again they were not interested in the incident.
